Turn the Ship Around

Vistage members gather once a year for “All City Events”.   At a recent All City Event Navy Captain David Marquet shared leadership lessons learned and applied in turning the nuclear submarine USS Santa Fe from  “worst to first” in the US Submarine Fleet.
